Waterfield acquires Chrysalis Software
Leaders in Contact Center Technology and Mobile Applications Development Join Forces to Provide Innovative, Multi-Platform Solutions
Tulsa, OK – January 22, 2015 – Waterfield Technologies, LLC, a leading provider of voice and mobile applications for the enterprise, announced today that it has acquired Chrysalis Software, Inc., a premier supplier of professional services and software for the contact center industry.
Together Waterfield Technologies and Chrysalis Software will expand their ability to deliver first class professional services and applications by leveraging Waterfield Technologies’ experience within the contact center industry and custom mobile development frameworks, in combination with Chrysalis Software’s experience with the Avaya suite of products including Interactive Voice Response, Contact Center and Workforce Management platforms.
The acquisition is expected to significantly expand both companies’ offerings across an unmatched selection of contact center platforms with offerings that will include applications and services focused on the financial, healthcare, retail, and energy verticals as well as create greater efficiencies and increase market share.
