John is the managing member of VoiceFoudry, a TTEC Digital company, which he founded in March 2017. Previously, Mr. Marino was the CEO and president of Waterfield Technologies from 2014-2020. During his tenure he has earned a reputation for supporting consumers and businesses alike, placing a strong emphasis on the customer experience while helping businesses execute on long term strategic initiatives such as cloud migration and macro digital transformation

John’s background is a blend of technology and operational execution across a myriad of industries including financial services, retail and healthcare. Prior to VoiceFoundry and Waterfield Technologies, John served as the COO of Irvine California based Affinity Financial Corporation which marketed and serviced deposit banking products to marquee affinity brands (e.g. AARP) around the globe.

Today, John resides in Tulsa, Oklahoma with his wife Julie and three daughters. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Covenant College (Lookout Mountain, Georgia). In addition to serving on the Board of Directors for WT, John also is a co-founder and board member of W Energy Software (www.wenergysoftware.com), a software firm focused on midstream and upstream revenue accounting and ScoutFDC (www.scoutfdc.com) , a field data capture solution for the oil/gas field service technicians.
